Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1 years
School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet
these qualifications will not be considered. A Middle School Social
Worker position is available for a short-term assignment in
Lincoln, RI, supporting students through direct services. This
part-time contract role runs from ASAP through February 27, 2026,
requiring availability primarily during two weeks in February. The
schedule includes 2-3 full days per week from 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM
onsite. Key Responsibilities: - Provide counseling and social
support to middle school students - Collaborate with school staff
to address student needs and promote well-being - Conduct
assessments and develop intervention plans - Connect students and
families with community resources as needed - Maintain accurate
records and ensure compliance with educational guidelines
Qualifications: - Active state Social Worker and Educator licenses
are mandatory - Experience working in school settings, preferably
middle schools - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to
engage with students, families, and staff - Ability to manage
multiple cases and deliver timely, effective services - Ready to
