context: Sanofi has currently its best and more robust R&D
pipeline and consequent new launches in our history. As new phase
of Play-To-Win strategy, funding this pipeline and new launches is
key to materialize the miracles of the science to improve people
lives. Thus, as we enter into the next phase, modernization of
Sanofi is required as per the recent announcements on DRIVE, and in
this respect, we are in the beginning stages of organizing the
Go-to-Market Capabilities (GTMC) team at global level. GTMC
organization will help us to drive best-in-class capabilities
across the board and bring value and excellence in our commercial
operations. This move is a key part of the aimed modernization of
Sanofi and will allow us to focus on our priorities across our
products, markets and pipeline through the reallocation of
resources and realizing the efficiencies of removing silos that
exist between our business units, avoiding the duplication and
overlapping of resources, standardizing our processes and tools,
operating with a One Sanofi approach to accelerate our key
capabilities development, and fostering the entrepreneurial spirit
by speeding up the decision making. Integral part of GTMC, GTMC
Medical plays a key role in defining Sanofi-wide best-in-class
Medical-specific capabilities, including Medical strategic
planning, Medical insights generation, Scientific customer
engagement, Omnichannel for Medical, including the development of
standards & best practices across markets and teams, the
development and use of Medical specific tools, as well as the
executional planning and support of local GTMC Medical approaches
(incl. change management); GTMC Medical works side-by-side within
the broader GTMC structure, and collaborates closely with GBUs
Medical, relevant Global Functions, Sanofi hubs and external
vendors to ensure the best-in-class Medical specific capabilities
and tools across the entire Sanofi organization. ? Key dimensions -
Scope & Scale: GTMC organization aims for: - Centralization of
Go-to-Market excellence and operational tasks across GBUs -
Standardizing best in class capabilities with strengthened global
support while verticalization of reporting within GTMC from local
to global, - Defining clear ways of working and bringing clarity on
interfaces with GBUs, Digital, and executional support both
Commercial & Medical operations from Sanofi hubs to optimize
process excellence and efficiency. As a GTMC Medical organization
team member, GTMC Global Field Based Medical L&D Lead will be
accountable to: - Drive the universal cross-functional GTMC
strategy applicable to Medical across all the GBUs and markets
through optimal standardization and consistency of approaches -
Facilitate connection of local Medical plans and circumstances to
global GTMC Medical strategy while considering GBUs Medical
priorities GTMC Global Medical Field Based Medical L&D Lead
will drive the GTMC Medical strategy for Field Medical Learning &
develop the capabilities for effective L&D glocal
implementation, acting as the point of contact for FBM Learning for
all relevant stakeholders. You will enable GTMC Medical teams,
ensuring necessary market guidance and autonomy. You will identify
& address key local needs and challenges related to the FBM
Learning and work to co-build appropriate solutions to bring value.
You will ensure close alignment with the business priorities and
markets, fully consistent with the overarching cross-functional
GTMC strategy. Main responsibilities: - Gap Assessment
Implementation - Assist in conducting gap assessments to identify
FBM training needs within the organization. - Collect and analyze
data to determine areas where training is required. - Training
Content Co-Creation - Collaborate with medical subject matter
experts within the GBUs and Medical Learning Institute to develop
engaging and relevant training content. - Assist in creating
instructional materials and resources that address identified
training needs. - Training Planning - Support the planning and
organization of training sessions. - Coordinate schedules,
resources, and logistics to ensure smooth training delivery. -
Training Delivery - Assist in delivering training programs, both
in-person and virtually. - Support trainers and facilitators during
training sessions, ensuring participant engagement. - Measuring
Learning Impact - Collect and analyze feedback and performance data
to measure the effectiveness of training programs. - Assist in
creating reports and presentations that summarize training impact
and outcomes. - Continuous Improvement - Use feedback and data to
suggest improvements to training programs. - Collaborate with the
learning and development team to implement changes and enhance
training effectiveness. Ways of working: - You will be a member of
global GTMC Medical team. - You will foster partnerships and close
collaboration between cross-functional teams within and outside the
GTMC (Medical, Marketing, Digital) and drive structured ways of
working between teams to provide maximum value and efficiency. -
You will regularly liaise with GBUs Medical to collect their needs
and ensure the delivery of effective solutions, as a true partner
in enabling business growth. About you Work Experience: 5 years of
experience in a training capacity within the pharmaceutical
industry preferred. - Experienced in leading by influence and drive
in matrix driven project teams/organizations - Project Management:
ensure the correct pace of the acceleration - Ability to leverage
networks, to develop people, coach & give feedback, empower people
- Ability to lead change while achieving business goals &
objectives, challenging the status quo and being persistent and
resilient Knowledge: - Bachelor's degree - Basic Understanding of
Learning Principles - Familiarity with adult learning theories and
instructional design basics. - Knowledge of different learning
styles and methods. - Data Collection and Analysis - Experience in
gathering and organizing data, such as feedback and performance
metrics. - Basic skills in analyzing data to draw insights and
recommendations for improvement. Training Coordination: - Exposure
to assisting in the coordination and logistics of training
sessions. - Ability to manage schedules, resources, and
communication with stakeholders. - Content Development Support -
Some experience in supporting the creation of training materials
and resources. - Familiarity with tools and software used in
content development (e.g., PowerPoint, learning management
systems). Communication and Collaboration: - Effective verbal and
written communication skills. - Ability to collaborate with team
members, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Organizational
Skills: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. -
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
effectively. - Adaptability and Initiative - Willingness to learn
and adapt to new challenges and responsibilities. - Proactive
