A company is looking for a Remote Patient Service
Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Handle high volume inbound calls, averaging 80 to 100 calls per
day
Resolve billing discrepancies and update account information
Required Qualifications
Must reside in the EST time zone
Must be computer savvy and able to work through multiple
systems
Must demonstrate empathy, patience, and the ability to
multi-task
Healthcare provider relations background preferred
At least 6 months of remote work experience
