Talient Action Group is a commercial and digital print
communications firm. We specialize in the technology side of
printing. Web2Print technology is our most fasting growing service.
It allows clients to manage their print ordering fully online -
customization and personalization of designs, brand control, budget
control, decentralized buying with approval workflows, and much
more. Additionally, our company is a digital-first firm in terms of
generating print from data. Whether the print is for loyalty
programs and generated on information such as points or most
popular purchases, or fully automated systems that integrate direct
mail promotions with a consumer's behavior on a website, our team
is tech-savvy and utilizes print as one of the strongest channels
for return.This position will be responsible for following up on
marketing generated leads, as well as self-lead generation within
the specific markets targeted by Talient Action Group. A great
candidate will have the following experience and capabilities:
- Generate leads through pro-active outreach to target markets /
segments and provided lists.
- Participate in demonstrations of our technology.
- Respond to inquiries for technology details, pricing, and
contract structures.
- Negotiate contract terms related to print material, storage,
turn-around times, shipping options, online tool subscriptions,
etc.
- Be self-motivated to reach target goals for demonstrations and
closing deals.
- Have strong technical skills for demonstrating real-life
scenarios with prospects online and in-person.
- Manage the follow-up of leads through Salesforce and other
tools, while ensuring an appropriate nurture pattern is
followed.
- Generate news business sales, as well as facilitate the growth
of existing accounts. Full support of marketing will be provided to
assist with lead generation and lead nurturing. A combined effort
of direct mail, digital advertising, email, and other channels
supports the inside sales efforts.The targeted list will be focused
on franchise and multi-location businesses that benefit the most
from TAG's technology and print services. These businesses range
from food chains, automobile service centers, pet chains, and
health care service businesses to manufacturing and online retail.
Existing lists will be provided for targeting. The existing market
presence is strong within wealth management, banking/credit unions,
franchises, and spirits/wine industries, and these markets will
continue to be grown.Talient Action Group offers Web2Print
technology that allows multi-location businesses to more easily
manage print ordering either for administrative products such as
letterhead, brochures, and business cards or for marketing
materials such as direct mail and ad specialty/promotional
products. The Web2Print technology assists with budget management,
approval workflows, inventory management, decentralized print
buying, and even decentralized print production across the United
States. This has been an aggressively growing market for the past
3-4 years.The position will utilize telephone calls, emails, and
professional networks to establish connections, set up and perform
demonstrations of our technology, and support the proposal writing
process. Inbound leads will also be supplied from a third-party
calling service supporting these efforts. Marketing also drives
additional inbound leads through direct mail, email, and digital
advertising campaigns. This position will work directly with the
General Manager and owner.Experience with Salesforce is
preferred.
