A company is looking for a Scheduling Analyst (REMOTE) - New York Only.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and deploy workforce management strategies nationwide
Identify gaps in coverage and propose solutions for optimal staffing
Maintain headcount requirements and ensure compliance with staffing regulations

Required Qualifications

Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
3-5 years of relevant experience with Workforce Management methodologies
Expert level experience in call center operations and analytics
Preferred Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Preferred 5+ years of relevant experience in Workforce Management methodologies
