As a Machine Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art machinery and equipment. This is a permanent position with excellent growth opportunities in the manufacturing industry.Responsibilities:1. Set Ups: Efficiently and accurately set up machines and robotic equipment according to specifications and tooling requirements.2. Machine Set Ups: Perform machine set ups, including loading programs, adjusting settings, and calibrating machinery for optimal performance.3. Operate Machines: Safely operate a variety of machines and equipment, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and quality standards.4. Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve any issues or malfunctions that may arise during machine operation, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.5. Tooling: Collaborate with the tooling team to ensure proper selection and installation of tooling components, optimizing machine performance.6. Specifications: Interpret and follow detailed specifications, blueprints, and work instructions to ensure accurate and precise machine operation.7. Electronics: Possess a strong understanding of electronics and their integration within the manufacturing process, including troubleshooting and repair.8. Semiconductor: Knowledge and experience in working with semiconductor manufacturing equipment, including surface mount technology (SMT).9. Soldering: Proficient in soldering techniques, including surface mount and through-hole soldering, to assemble electronic components.Qualifications:1. Technical Skills: Strong technical skills in machine set ups, operation, troubleshooting, and tooling. Proficiency in working with robotic equipment is highly desirable.2. Electronics Knowledge: Solid understanding of electronics, including surface mount technology and soldering techniques.3. Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to interpret complex specifications and work instructions accurately.4. Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify and resolve issues that may arise during machine operation.5.
