• Assist the Branch Manager in developing and implementing an Installation plan to help meet the stores budgeted sales and profit goals.
• Ensure all orders are accurately measured and cut and records are properly maintained according to the customers' specifications.
• Assist in coordinating sales of homebuilder non-floorcovering products with S-W paint stores.
• Perform on-site inspections of installations and work with customers to receive payments, problem solve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout project.
• Recruit/perform/direct the coordination and scheduling of all installations and ensure installers properly represent Sherwin-Williams while preserving their status as independent subcontractors.
• Ensure deliveries are prepared to meet customer requirements in the most efficient manner.
• Deliver a wide variety of Floorcovering related items to different addresses and through different routes. Our Must Haves %26ndash; These are our Basic Qualifications, hit apply if you meet all of them!
  • High school Diploma or equivalent
  • Be legally authorized to work in country of employment without requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
  • Have a valid and unrestricted driver's license, and an acceptable driving record from the State Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
  • Must meet state specific driver's license class requirements
  • Be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Be able to operate a computer and communicate via the telephone, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to measure and cut carpeting and vinyl floorcovering.
  • Have a current Medical Examiner's Certificate (ME Certificate) from a Department of Transportation (DOT) licensed %26quot;medical examiner%26quot; listed on the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) National Registry.
