Job Description:
Business Consultant (Remote) The Business Consultant role is
responsible for enhancing customer success through the delivery of
service solutions that help customers align their talent management
strategies with intelligent use of Cornerstone technologies. This
role is responsible for leading and support customers through the
improvement of their talent management business practices, process
re-engineering and the associated application of their Cornerstone
investment.The Business Consultant will position themselves as a
partner and trusted advisor during customer engagements to build
customer relationship, work with customer teams to understand their
unique business requirements, and coach customers throughout the
development and implementation of integrated talent management
strategies. To be a good fit for this position you will have at
least 5 years of customer-facing, system integration and technology
experience.In this role you will---+ Collaborate with internal
stakeholders and facilitate discovery session with customers to
understand and analyze their strategic talent management
requirements, identify primary goals for customer success, set
priorities and produce successful business outcomes critical to the
long term engagement, satisfaction and retention of our customers+
Manage extensive portfolio of complex consulting projects and
maintain comprehensive records using automated project tracking
systems+ Consult with customers on talent management priorities and
their connections to business objectives and provide strategy
recommendations through formal deliverables to drive end-user
adoption+ Coach customers to make informed decisions on software
design, feature/function implementation and configuration based on
factors such as organizational needs, expectations, preferences and
environment+ Guide and advise the customer in terms of best
practice operational processes and system usage practices+ Uncover
business challenges, potential obstacles and offer solutions
proactively to remove barriers to customer success+ Collaborate
within and across internal stakeholders to resolve product or
service issues that may arise, ensuring a well rounded customer
success experience+ Introduce and enable our customers to the
Cornerstone Experience Ecosystem+ Document completed implementation
business outcomes while assisting customers in developing a success
strategy for post launch+ Contributes knowledge and expertise to
Consulting practice and Product Support knowledge base, provides
recommendation for program improvement and assists in execution of
program improvements+ Mentor and support fellow Cornerstars and
Partner resources in one-to-one engagements and within
cross-functional initiatives+ Drive continuous feedback loop with
customers, partners and internal stakeholdersYou've Got What It
Takes If You Have---+ Bachelor's degree or related experience
and/or training+ 5+ years of experience in professional services
with demonstrated consulting skills in an enterprise-class customer
SaaS environment+ Demonstrated experience and knowledge with talent
management or human resources consulting+ 5+ years experience in
enterprise-wide learning, talent and performance management field
including understanding of industry standards and best practices+
Experience driving change, user adoption and communication
planning+ Ability to identify trends and interrelationships between
data and information, and effectively reason through complex
challenges+ Ability to work in a diverse, fast paced environment
while collaborating across functional and geographical teams+
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain service-oriented
relationships remotely and across customers and internal
stakeholders + Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects,
tasks and customer priorities simultaneously+ Travel is up to 10%
