Job Description We are currently seeking a General Maintenance Technician to join our team You will be responsible for completing work orders and other required tasks. Responsibilities: Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion Estimate time and extent of repairs Perform routine preventive maintenance Maintain material and supply inventory Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary --- Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment Ability to handle physical workload Deadline and detail-oriented If you like being and working out on different job sites and not on the same thing day after day, this is the place for you The company cares for all different types of properties with different jobs. Tools to perform specialty jobs are provided. Looking for someone who is a self starter and a good communicator, is productive working alone and with a team. Looking for someone with experience with general maintenance including electrical, plumbing, mechanical, drywall, and general home repairs. Role and pay would be based on experience, work may vary from day to day. Multiple talents are a plus as well. Very wide work roles depending on the season.
