Job Description:

team of development program professionals to support dev programs
within one of Honeywell's businesses. You will help implement
program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a project MOS,
support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery
requirements. You will play an important role in the IPDS process
and strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will
support business leaders and present programmatic details,
requirements, actions, and status as assigned. You will also be
working under moderate supervision of the program manager to
execute on scope, schedule, cost, delivery, earned value & quality
while demonstrating PM skills including risk managementKey
Responsibilities
- Coordinate Cost Acct Managers
- Implement program plans
- Understand budget/schedule
- Adhere to the IPDS process
- Execute the Management OS
- Collaborate with Functions
- Coordinate & provide guidance
- Support forecasting
- Support capacity analysis
- Assure timely management
- Present programmatic detailsMUST HAVE
- Bachelors degree
- 2 years' experience--Building Management Systems
- 5 years of experience in--Project Management
- 3 years of experience leading a teamWE VALUE
- PMP certified
- PM Principles & Processes with emphasis on IPDS phase II-V
- Requirements Management & Fulfillment, Planning/Estimation
- Scheduling including resource-loading critical path
analysis
- SOW-thru-WBS-thru-BOE-thru Integrated Master Schedule
- Demonstrate knowledge of Earned Value Management
- Cost & Financials (ex. RDE, spend, forecast, variance)
- Risk Management (Identification & Mitigation)
- Cross Functional Communication with program team/sponsors
- May perform the role of program's risk process manager
- Expertise with--Microsoft Office--including Excel, and
SharePoint.
- Knowledge of IT and financial systems preferred (Sales
Force/NEX, SAP, etc.).
- Strong written and--oral communication--skills, particularly
in--cross-functional collaboration,--facilitation,
and--negotiation
- Ability to work on multiple projects and effectively manage
priorities
- Improving--performance, meeting commitments, and getting
results
- Exceeding internal and external customer expectation
- Significant experience in--project managementAdditional
