We are seeking an energetic team member who is a hard-working, experienced professional to be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to effectively solve _customer issues_, complaints and inquiries; while keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

*Our successful candidate must: *
* Have a proven track record in customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
* Have the ability to prioritize; be responsive and responsible
* Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
* Customer focus and adaptability; and can actively participate in the development and ongoing improvement of processes and procedures to enhance customer service
* Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively
* Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
* Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
* Seize opportunities to upsell products when they arise
* Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile that lead to total customer satisfaction and retention.
* Keep clear and understandable records of all conversations in our database
* Be up for the challenge - every day brings unique challenges.
* Be reliable and flexible - Primary hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a rotating schedule for on-call inbound emergency calls. At times, you may need to arrive early or stay later.

*Job Duties: *
* Answer incoming customer inquiries
* Collaborate with management teams to stay updated on new products, services, and policies
* Record customer information within our customer service database
* Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
* Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
* Other duties as requested

Pay: $41,000.00 - $44,000.00 per year
