WERE LINKING THE WORLD WITH THE FUTURE OF CABLE TECHNOLOGY 2nd shift Machine Operator- Starting pay rate is $17.57 after your training is completed pay rate goes to $20.67 plus $0.35 shift differential 3rd shift Machine Operator- Starting pay rate is $17.57 after your training is completed pay rate goes to $20.67 plus $0.35 shift differential Monday through Friday, but there will be Saturdays that they might need to work after training. Also, sometimes they are asked to work 12 hours shifts. Principal duties and responsibilities: Performs all tasks involved in the production of cable/wire. Follows standard work procedures and complies with all safety rules. Primary work duties include: Follows Standard Operating Procedures for extrusion operation Monitors process as per specifications Maintains housekeeping requirements Performs operator Preventative Maintenance Tasks Maintaining and log all information required supporting traceability and quality Participate in cross-training activities Knowledge, Skills, Abilities: Ability to carry out verbal or written instructions Ability to meet attendance guidelines Ability to work overtime (over 36/40 hours in workweek. Ability to work night shifts, or rotating shift schedule.
