Job Description:

Landing that perfect dream job could be right under your nose as a Customer Relations Specialist in our Manchester, NH office. We are seeking a customer and solutions oriented professional to be the main point of contact between corporate Retail Brands and customers of closed retail stores, supporting everything from warranties to collaborating with other retailers to provide product and job completion. You will work with our Regional Business Consultants with disappointed consumers, gain knowledge of product and inspection report content, maintain vendor relations, and support all Retail Brand warranties. Our ideal candidate will be excellent at resolving and diffusing issues while being caring and empathetic providing top notch customer service. Our Customer Relations Specialist will: * Manage Beautiful Guarantee and Confidence Plus labor warranty claims to review and process with accounting. * Serve as a Customer Relations expert between the consumer and members to resolve product and service issues as well as assist with claims between retailers and manufacturers, ensuring compliance with procedures and standards. * Be the main contact for all warranty programs, administer closed-store reimbursement program serving former customers, and generate year-end analysis detailing annual call information and results. * Assist Member Services department whenever needed to field in-bound member calls with requests for general information and product pricing, follow up with members to encourage participation in new programs, and act as second-tier support for warranty issues handled by other team members. Do our requirements match YOUR background? * Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent experience; minimum 3-5 years' customer service experience; Retail experience preferred. * Excellent Microsoft Office Skills, inclusive of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Experience with conflict management and error resolution. * Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate in a courteous, tactful, and concise manner.
