Our clients typically have a staff of 15-300 happy professionals and look to us for technologyand securityleadership, guidance, and service delivery. We provide the service of a full IT department and a full Information Security/Compliance department.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Yourepassionate about helpingothers,skilled attroubleshootingwith ease,thrive whenflexing betweenvariedtasks,and committed to growth.The Desktop Technician worksona team to deploy new workstations, provide on-sitesupportforclients, troubleshoot initial issues, anddelivertop-quality service both in the office andat client sites.As a member of the team, youll be immersed in a culture of mutual support,collaborative problem solving,learning/development, andcomic relief.

This is a growth-oriented role.As a qualified applicant, you willbringsolid Windows and desktop experience(and ideally, education). Once in this role, certifications are paid-for,continuoustraining is provided, significant experience is gained, and a growth track isoutlined.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Installing new Windows computers at client sites
  • Transferring data, setting up applications, and making it a seamless transition for the client, with as close to 100% accuracy as possible
  • Answering client questions, assisting them with their technology.
  • Resolving issues quickly and efficiently, and helping our clients get back to their work, with technology that works effectively. Dealing with Level 1 issues and troubleshooting, supported by the team
  • Working in an advanced ticketing system and RMM (ConnectWise).

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Significant experience troubleshooting or working with Windows computers.
  • Understanding of basic network protocols. Experience supporting a network a plus.
  • Formal education preferred associates, bachelors, and/or industry certifications.

LOCATION SPECIFICS

With New Hampshireoffices in Belmont and Manchester, this position canchoose towork out of either office.Thisrole iscurrentlyworking remotely. Preferred applicants are local to the area or may already be intentionally relocating.

SALARY & BENEFITS

This is a full time, salaried position with a full benefits package, including 75% of medical costs covered for the entire family. Benefits also include: 401(k) with 3% match, training program (including paid certifications, tuition reimbursement, and bonuses on achieving certs), laptop, smartphone, charitable program, 3 weeks of starting PTO (4 weeks after 2 years), and long-term sabbatical benefit.
