Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is seeking an Assistant Director of System Analytics for the Office of The University Registrar (O.U.R.), reporting to the Director of System Analytics. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing University curriculum, catalog and badging system issues, updates, and user support. Essential responsibilities of this position include the following: Responsible for the administration and maintenance of curriculum, catalog, and badging management system environments, following the organization's defined policies and best practices Collaborate with vendors, SNHU Business Units and system users to coordinate the deployment and testing of system updates, upgrades, and integrations Identify, log, and track defects, bugs, requests and enhancements Ensure effective communication for any system changes or updates that could potentially impact end users, or that affect the overall performance and availability of the system Develop and document processes, policies, and training as needed to establish best practice and consistent use of the systems Develop and document test strategies, and acceptance test plans based on system requirements Plan, test, and implement software changes resulting from work orders and updates Analyze and troubleshoot system-related issues or questions Work independently and collaboratively to identify inefficiencies, analyze requirements, and find solutions that use technology to achieve scalable business processes Collaborate with Business Units and systems users to create and generate reports to assist in the decision-making process Deliver superior student service while serving on the "front lines" of the main Registrar telephone line as a periodic "Go to Person" Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or relevant work experience Experience working with technological platforms Experience with Office 365 products (Excel, Visio, SharePoint, etc) Understanding reporting using relational and non-relational databases Must be detail-oriented, precise, and meticulous and think critically to solve complex problems Must be a team player and able to work independently with minimal supervision Ability to sustain productivity despite constant interruptions due to fast-paced projects and deadlines Must have strong interpersonal communication skills and be comfortable working with all levels of seniority Must demonstrate excellent organizational, administrative, and decision-making skills Must have strong awareness of how business and technical issues impact overall project plans Work Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm with flexibility to meet business demands as needed.
