Job Description: This position requires a motivated and
energetic individual preferably with experience in skilled nursing

+ All applicants must possess, at a minimum, a Nursing Degree
from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an
approved LPN or RN program.
+ Must possess a current and active license to practice as an RN
or LPN in the state of New Hampshire and be in good standing with
the Board of Nursing.
Job functions for LPNs include but are not limited to:
+ Directing the functions of the nursing assistants
+ Ensure that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with
the written policies and procedures of the facility
+ Meet with assigned nursing staff, as well as support
personnel, in planning the shifts' services, programs and
+ Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the
activities of your shift as required
+ Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required
+ Receive telephone orders from physicians and record on the
Physician's Order Form
+ Chart all reports of accident/incidents involving residents.
Follow established procedures
+ Prepare and administer medications as ordered by the
