Job Description Job Description Named as one of the world's leading law firms by Chambers Global and top 100 AmLaw firm is seeking an associate to join their M&A and Private Equity Practice Group. Ideal candidates must have 6-8 years of M&A experience. Skills including experience with leading the drafting and negotiation of definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates and handling day to day demands on a variety of M&A related matters. Candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a high degree of maturity and business sense, and the ability to effectively manage internal and external client relationships. Large regional, national or international law firm experience is preferred.
