Job Description:

A company is looking for an Enterprise Technology Operations Engineer.
Key Responsibilities

Oversee technical systems and services of Enterprise Technology platforms
Deliver technical support and engineering solutions for enterprise platforms and systems
Design and maintain complex systems to achieve high availability in alignment with business requirements

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in user-facing and technical support roles
Bachelor's degree and relevant IT certifications preferred
Deep technical expertise as a Tier 3 escalation point for IT hardware and software issues
High-level knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and extensive experience with the Apple ecosystem
Strong scripting and automation skills for system administration and process optimization
