Job Description:
A company is looking for an Enterprise Technical Advisor
(Post-Sales Customer Success).
Key Responsibilities
Manage relationships with approximately 15 Enterprise customers to
ensure satisfaction and growth
Develop account success plans and implement tailored programs to
maximize customer value
Drive customer onboarding, feature adoption, and identify
opportunities for expansion and upsell
Required Qualifications
Experience in a post-sales customer success or technical advisory
role
Technical understanding of software engineering concepts and
practices
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and
stakeholders
Strong project management skills and organizational abilities
Experience with metrics and reporting on customer success and
engagement
