Renal/Dialysis Location: South Burlington, VT, 05403 Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $30,000 Relocation Package: Partial Salary: $95,617 -
$143,416 Benefits: Dental, medical, vision insurance, life
insurance, retirement plan, paid time off Job Duties: Lead and
support clinical staff in outpatient dialysis clinics. Manage
staffing, team building, and professional development. Monitor
adherence to policies, provide feedback, and conduct performance
evaluations. Support quality improvement initiatives and ensure
resource availability. May provide direct patient care as needed.
Qualifications: Dialysis unit leadership experience (e.g., Facility
Administrator, Nurse Manager). 2 years of recent dialysis RN
experience. Active Vermont nursing license (or willingness to
obtain). People management experience (recruitment, training,
