About the Role: The primary focus of the Operations Manager is
to oversee business operations by providing effective methods of
day-to-day operations, maintain and develop client relationships,
estimate work, and recruit/develop personnel for ongoing and future
transmission, distribution and substation projects. Company

transformation. Essential Functions - Ensure organizational safety
expectations are met by all employees - Monitor the financial
performance and production of projects - Ensure contractual
compliance for current and future projects - Develop, strengthen,
and maintain long lasting client relationships - Pursue business
growth opportunities - Advise staff of company policy expectations
- Lead, direct, and audit the work of assigned staff; act as a
mentor - Coordinate employee performance reviews - Facilitate and
enforce company policies and procedures - Regular and predictable
attendance - Other duties as assigned About You: Qualifications -
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, related
field, or equivalent experience (10 years' in a leadership role
within the construction or utilities industry)
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities - Strong commitment to safety and the
ability to develop a solid safety culture with subordinates -
Excellent salesmanship and communication skills to include written
and verbal - Strong leadership and team building skills What We
