Job Description:

Our Southern NH Healthcare client is hiring an HR Generalist to support their senior living healthcare facility, overseeing the day-to-day operations in payroll and benefits administration.
Responsibilities:
Review monthly benefit bills submitted to AP for payment
Process leaves of absences
Oversee Workers Compensation program, compliant with policy and procedures
Oversee employee performance review process
Maintain Affirmative Action programs
Manage unemployment cases, completing requests on time
Perform quarterly GL reconciliation of HR accounts
Generate HRIS reports
Provide support to the Director of HR in projects
Qualifications :
- 2 yrs experience in an HR support role
- Degree in Business Administration
- Min of 2 years' experience in HR, Payroll and benefits administration
- Knowledge of COBRA, ERISA, FMLA, ADA and other work regulations
- Knowledge of HR policy and procedures

Skills :
Proficient in MS Office including Excel, Outlook and Word
Prior HRIS system experience, ability to learn new software programs
