Job Description:

Summary: Lead Line Service Technicians in providing services to general aviation aircraft, crew, and passengers, ensuring safe and efficient operations.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and directing activities of Line Service Technicians, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our customers. This includes:

• 
  
• Delegating and assigning duties to qualified personnel, monitoring progress, and assessing results
  
• Greeting, parking, towing, moving, and marshaling aircraft in the ramp area
  
• Providing lavatory and water service, fueling, and de-icing aircraft as requested
  
• Offering shuttle service for passengers and crew, as well as assisting with customer service duties
  
• Providing oil and oxygen service, assisting with baggage and cargo, and general cleaning and clearing of debris
  
• Assisting with wing-walking duties and training new employees
  
  
  Key qualifications for this role include:
  
  
  • 
    
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
    
  • Minimum of 18 years of age
    
  • A valid state driver's license (commercial driver's license may be required in some locations)
    
  • Ability to pass background checks, drug tests, and receive an airport security badge
    
  • Legally authorized to work in the country of employment
    
  • Ability to successfully complete our training programs and pass a color vision test
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in English
    
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including night, holiday, and weekend shifts
    
    
    Additional requirements include:
    
    
    • 
      
    • Regularly standing and walking, using hands to finger, handle, or feel, reaching with hands and arms, and talking or hearing
      
    • Reading, writing, and fluently speaking and understanding the English language
      
    • Driving vehicles in areas congested with aircraft, moving and stationary vehicles, and equipment
      
    • Effectively communicating with customers, clients, management, and other employees
      
    • Lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds above the head
