Job Description Job Description Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A school-based registered nurse opportunity is available in the Manchester, NH area, providing essential individual nursing services to a student with complex medical needs. This contract position requires a highly skilled RN with critical care experience to support the student throughout the school day and during transportation between home and school. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver individual nursing care to a student with complex medical needs in a school setting - Monitor the students health status and respond promptly to medical needs or emergencies - Accompany the student during transportation to and from school, ensuring safety and continuity of care - Communicate effectively with school staff, healthcare providers, and family members as needed - Maintain accurate and detailed nursing documentation in compliance with protocols and regulations Qualifications: - Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing with critical care skills - Ability to manage complex medical conditions in a school environment - Strong communication and organizational skills - Comfortable providing care during transportation and school hours Schedule and Location: - Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM - Located in Manchester, NH This contract provides an opportunity to apply specialized nursing skills in an educational setting, making a meaningful impact on a students daily life.
