Registered Respiratory Therapist Location: Manchester, NH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,186 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 4/27/2026 About the Position Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession: Respiratory / Neuro Diagnostics Specialty: RRT Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year License: NH state license required Certifications: BLS required; ACLS, PALS, CRTT, RRT preferred Must-Have: Epic charting experience required Description: RRT needed for night shifts, working from 6:15 PM to 6:45 AM. 36 hours weekly accepted. Every other weekend required, no call. Unit accepts first-time travelers. This role takes place in an acute care community hospital with 300 beds. You will be responsible for administering treatments such as nebulizer therapy, chest physiotherapy, high flow oxygen, non-invasive ventilation, cough assist, and in-house transport of mechanically ventilated patients. Responsibilities also include assisting with intubations and bronchoscopy. Experience in pediatric emergencies and pediatrics is only required if demonstrated competency exists. Continuous albuterol use is expected but will not be utilized in a level 3 NICU setting. The patient age group includes infants, pediatrics, adults, and geriatrics. Previous experience in trauma, community hospitals, ER, and adult ICU is required. Experience in Level I Trauma and Teaching Hospitals, as well as acute care pediatric experience, is preferred. Experience with airway management, medication administration, ventilation management, arterial blood gases, oxygen therapy, suction, and pulmonary toileting is necessary. Experience with nebulizers, BiPAP, and CPAP is expected. Familiarity with equipment such as Puritan Bennett, Draeger, Servo I, and LTV 1200 is preferred. Travelers will not be accepted if they have ever been a former employee at any associated facility, regardless of length of separation.
