Schedule: Full-Time and Part-Time Weekends Full-Time Weekend Day/Evening Doubles: 6:45AM - 11:15PMPart-Time Weekend Days: 6:45AM - 3:15PMPart-Time Weekend Evenings: 2:45PM - 11:15PM Supportive Team: We value our team members just as much as the people we serve!Quick Hiring: Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You'll Do: - Lead and oversee clinical operations of the unit, ensuring high-quality resident-centered care. - Supervise nursing staff and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (therapy, nursing, dietary) to support care planning and outcomes. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulatory standards and prepare the unit for surveys. - Coordinate admissions, transitions, and discharge planning for residents. - Monitor resident condition, clinical documentation, and care outcomes for continuous quality improvement. - Promote a positive, accountable culture focused on safety, teamwork, and resident satisfaction.
