Job Description LanceSoft is seeking a local contract Echo
Technician for a local contract job in Berlin, New Hampshire. Job
Description & Requirements - Specialty: Echo Technician -
Discipline: Allied Health Professional - Start Date: 04/20/2026 -
Duration: 52 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days -
Employment Type: Local Contract $7,500 sign on, relocation up to
$7,500, and $15,750 student loan repayment over three years.
Requirements: - Completion of an accredited cardiac
ultrasound/echocardiography program. - [REQUIRED] - Registered
Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) through ARDMS or Registered
Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) through CCI. - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT] -
Current BLS certification. - [REQUIRED][DOCUMENT] - Proficiency in
performing echocardiograms and interpreting cardiac anatomy and
function. - [REQUIRED] - 1 years of experience in a clinical
echocardiography setting. - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Experience with
EMR and PACS systems. - [HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Familiarity with
contrast echocardiography and advanced imaging techniques. -
[HIGHLY PREFERRED] - Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy,
physiology, and pathology. - Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part
of a multidisciplinary team. - Strong organizational and
time-management skills. - Compassionate, patient-focused approach
to care. Certification Requirements - ACLS - BLS - PALS State
License Requirements - New Hampshire Compact Allowed Additional
License Requirements - NH or Compact license must be in-hand at
