Flexible Clinical Opportunity Quick Stats - Role: Per Diem Urologist - Location: New Hampshire (Unrestricted NH license required) - Focus: Patient-centered surgical and clinical care Core Requirements - Education: MD or DO completion of Urology residency/fellowship. - Boards: Board Certified or Eligible (if new grad, must attain within 3 years of graduation). - Credentials: Unrestricted NH License & DEA certificate. - Safety: CPR/AED certification (within 6 months of hire). Key Responsibilities - Clinical Excellence: Deliver full-spectrum urological care (assessment, diagnosis, and treatment). - Efficiency: Maintain timely charting and charge capture per Core standards. - Leadership: Provide clinical oversight and supervise mid-level providers (NPs/PAs) as needed. - On-Call: Participate in night and weekend call rotations within the group. The Environment - Quality-Driven: Fully participate in risk management and quality programs. - Collaborative: Partner with practice managers on site-specific clinical services. - Innovative: Incorporate best practice models into clinical operations.
