Job Description Primary Care Opportunity – Adult-Focused Outpatient PracticeLocation: Windsor, VT - Burlington 100mSetting: Outpatient Primary CareEmployment Type: EmployedPosition Highlights Adult-focused primary care with strong Medicare patient mix Training in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Pediatrics component is minimal 36 clinical hours per week Outpatient call coverage required One weekday night every other week Weekend call shared approximately 1:6–1:8 Established patient panel of approximately 15,000 with capacity for growth Current patient volume averages 15 patients per day with infrastructure to support higher volumes Opportunity to work at one or multiple outpatient sites based on provider preference and patient needPractice Environment Multi-site outpatient primary care practice Collaborative team including physicians and advanced practice providers Access to on-site specialty and ancillary services including therapy and specialty care Growing demand and stable referral baseQualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Open to foreign-born and internationally trained physicians with U.S. residency or eligibility Strong communication skills requiredCompensation & Benefits Base salary range: $200,000 – $250,000, based on experience and qualifications Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement, PTO, and CME support Sign-on bonus may be available* Relocation assistance available
