Job Description:

services, is seeking a dedicated PRN Medical Surgical Telemetry
Registered Nurse RN to join our dynamic team. This position offers
a unique opportunity to work in a supportive environment that
integrates community health education with high-quality patient
care. The role involves providing direct nursing care in a
medical-surgical setting, monitoring patient health, and
coordinating with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional
service tailored to the needs of our community. Assess, plan,
implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients in a
medical-surgical telemetry unit. Monitor patient health and record
signs within electronic health records. Administer medications
accurately and safely, and maintain detailed documentation of
patient medication compliance. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to ensure the highest quality of patient care.
Educate patients and their families on health maintenance and
disease prevention. Adjust patient care plans as necessary and
participate in discharge planning. Strong clinical skills in a
medical-surgical environment. Proficient in using electronic health
record systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexibly in a dynamic and changing environment.
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Advanced Cardiovascular
Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
