Progressive Care Unit Registered Nurse (PCU) to join our skilled
team of healthcare professionals. This role requires nursing
proficiency to manage complex patient conditions, providing
continual patient monitoring and support in a high-acuity
environment. As a PRN nurse, flexibility and adaptability are key,
adjusting to patient care needs and supporting our mission of
holistic patient wellness and community health. Provide direct and
individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of
scientific principles. Monitor patient condition, assess and
interpret vital signs, and initiate appropriate action. Collaborate
with healthcare team members and physicians to formulate treatment
plans. Educate patients and their families on illness and
preventative care techniques. Ensure the cleanliness and safety
compliance of the healthcare environment. Adjust care provided
based on patient status and ongoing evaluations. Strong clinical
skills and competency in providing direct care. Excellent
observational and problem-solving abilities. Ability to adapt care
to varying patient conditions. Proficient with electronic
healthcare documentation systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. BLS Certification;
ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) Certification
preferred.
