Job Description - Dates of Coverage: 10/01/2024-09/30/2025 - Reason for Coverage: Shortage of ENT physicians - Practice Setting: Office 4 days/Hospital 1 day for surgery Periodic ED/inpt care - Average Number of Cases Per Day (Hospital): 7 - Average Number of Patients per Day (Private Practice): 18-20 - Annual ER Volume: Unknown, but minimal - Documentation System/EMR: Expanse - Number of Exam Rooms: 7 exam rooms, 2 audiology rooms. - Number of Otolaryngologists in Practice: 2 staff - 2 locums. - Description of Support Staff: 2 PAs, 1 CMA per provider - Patient Age Demographic: All - What Percentage of Practice is Trauma, Hospital Based, Clinic Based, Surgical, Non-Surgical: 80% office/20% hospital - most of hospital is surgery cases - Surgical Procedures Required: General ENT, Tracheotomy - General Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements: Tonsillectomy, Adenoidectomy, PE Tube - General Non-Surgical Otolaryngology Requirements: Eval and Manage Disorders Involving Ears, Nose, Throat and Skeletal Facial Structures, Hearing Evaluation - Endoscopic Procedures Required: Septal, Sinus, Laryngoscopy
