Job Description:

highly skilled and compassionate Clinical Nurse III for our
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As part of our team, you will have

our youngest patients with acute medical needs. Provide specialized
nursing care to neonates with critical health conditions in the
NICU. Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
and participate in the assessment of patient progress. Collaborate
with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Educate and support families during their neonate’s health journey
in the NICU. Participate in research and continuous education
activities to improve patient outcomes. Adhere to and uphold all
hospital and national safety protocols and standards. Advanced
knowledge of neonatal care and life support systems. Ability to
work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Strong
communication and empathy skills, crucial for interacting with
families during stressful situations. Proficiency in using medical
software and patient monitoring systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Valid Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. Certification in
Neonatal Intensive Care Nursing (RNC-NIC) preferred.
