Job Description Family Medicine opening in West VirginiaFull timeGrafton, WvAbout the Job:The physician provides primary care in an outpatient clinic setting. Will follow and direct evidenced-based practices as established within the Primary Care service line. Collaborates and coordinates the individual treatment plan with the clinical team as necessary to assure an appropriate continuum of care. Examine patients, take medical histories, prescribe medications; and order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests. This position will also be responsible for supervising some of the hospitals' mid-level providers.Outpatient position (Inpatient available if desired)Clinic Hours: Mon-Thur 8-7, Friday 8-5 No weekends, no callPart-time and full-time positions availableOpportunity to build your own practice your way!Qualified for Federal Student Loan Forgiveness
