St. Albans, Vermont: We seek a friendly OB/GYN to practice in this desirable New England city just 30 minutes north of Burlington. Join a state-of-the-art nonprofit and practice in pristine new OB/GYN facilities in the main hospital building. The employer is an award-winning 70-bed medical center a Top Community Hospital earning National Patient Satisfaction Awards and nationally designated as a Baby Friendly Hospital.This is a full time hospital-employed position with a great schedule: 3 clinic days/week (8a-4:30p), 1 of which is a call day, plus 1 OR day/week, and 1 weekend/month of additional call. Overall call is 1:4. MDs and DOs are equally welcome. J1/H1b visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. Your practice includes obstetric and gynecologic care and performing deliveries in the medical centers Family Birth Center. High-risk or pre-term births (before 35 weeks) are referred to the nearby academic medical center. This community hospital operates a well-baby nursey. Access to anesthesia services and pediatric hospitalists is available 24/7.
