Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Part-Time
Weekend Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our home health
team for a Saturday and Sunday schedule. Compensation: $19-$26
hourly, plus a $4.00 hourly weekend differential As an LNA at
CVHHH, you will provide one-on-one nursing and personal care to
central Vermonters and will be responsible for ensuring that
standards of hygiene, nutrition, and homemaking are met and
maintained. You will collaborate with members of our
interdisciplinary home care team to optimize your clients’ health
and wellbeing. Your work will be guided by a plan of care, with
oversight from a Registered Nurse or Clinical Team Manager. Working

setting. You will also receive on-the-job training through our
preceptor program. Requirements VT LNA license and one year of
experience, preferably in a home health setting Valid VT driver's
license Reliable vehicle with automobile insurance
