Overview We are seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
physician with geriatric experience to provide primary care
services in a 98-bed long-term care facility . This is a
weekday-only, no-call assignment with a predictable schedule and
low patient volume. Schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM 8-hour
shifts No call No weekends Clinical Details Patient Load: 8–12
patients per day Scope of Practice: Standard primary care for LTC
residents Procedures: None required EMR: EPIC Requirements Board
Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
DEA required IMLC-licensed physicians accepted Comfortable with
geriatric and long-term care patients Team & Support 1 full-time
APP on site Additional APP coverage (8–12 hours/week, rotating) APP
is highly experienced (2 years on site) Physician available for
consultation only (no leadership or management duties) Benefits
