The Clinical Nurse will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes and promote an atmosphere of continuous improvement in a dynamic healthcare setting. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and monitor patient responses to treatments. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records of patient care. Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and health maintenance. Stay current with advancements in healthcare and participate in educational programs. Implement infection-control policies and protocols. Participate in research and review clinical data. Strong clinical judgment High level of personal accountability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in electronic health record systems Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to fast-paced environments Compliance with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New York Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certification preferred
