ASAP - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours,
days - Employment Type: Travel Job Duties: /nUtilizing the nursing
process, assesses patient/care giver needs in order to provide
quality care to assigned patients, in accordance with
evidence-based practice, State and Federal regulations, Vermont
State Board of Nursing and VNAHSR policies and regulations
/nDevelops and communicates a realistic plan of care for each
patient in accordance with evidence-based practice, State and
Federal regulations, Vermont State Board of Nursing and VNAHSR
policies and regulations. Ensures that the patient/care givers are
included in the care plan process./n/n /n/nRequired: /nBasic Life
Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association ProKatchers Job
