Schedule Nights, 3, 12-hour shifts per week. 7pm - 7am. Job Description The Emergency Department (ED) offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced Emergency Room Registered Nurse. The ED RN provides direct care, evaluates outcomes, and consults with other specialties as required. The role requires adjusting the nursing care process as indicated to ensure optimal patient care. Working well under pressure, RNs collaborate with other health team members to coordinate medical and nursing management of patient care in a busy environment. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care and evaluate patient outcomes. Consult with other specialties as required for comprehensive care. Adjust nursing care processes to ensure optimal patient care. Collaborate with healthcare team members for coordinated patient management. Assist in maintaining a high-quality, fast-paced emergency care environment. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current VT or compact multi-state RN License. BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum of 3 years ER RN experience required. TNCC preferred. Familiarity with Meditech or the ability to learn quickly is required. Why ARMStaffing?
