Start Date: ASAP About the Position TravelNurseSource is working
with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in
Manchester, New Hampshire, 03103! This is a high-acuity Labor &
Delivery (L&D) travel nurse position at Elliot Hospital , part
of the SolutionHealth system in Manchester, NH. The unit manages
approximately 2,100 deliveries per year and serves as a Level III
NICU facility , handling complex and high-risk obstetric cases. The
RN will provide comprehensive care to laboring patients, assist
with vaginal and cesarean deliveries, manage postpartum recovery,
and occasionally float to Mother/Baby or Postpartum units.
Candidates must be skilled in fetal monitoring, high-risk obstetric
medication management (including magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, and
antihypertensives), and newborn stabilization. This role requires
strong clinical judgment , team collaboration , and the ability to
adapt to a fast-paced environment. The position involves working
night shifts (4x12s, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) with every other weekend
rotation and occasional floating to related units under the Helping
Hands/Team Nursing approach. Epic experience is required , and
travel experience is mandatory (no first-time travelers). 5

Epic (required) Float Requirement: Yes — to Mother/Baby and
Postpartum units as needed Certifications (AHA or Red Cross only):
BLS – Basic Life Support ACLS – Advanced Cardiovascular Life
Support NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program AWHONN Intermediate
(preferred) Licensure: Valid New Hampshire RN License (must be
