Pay: $2,205 per week Shift Information: Days - 5 days x 8 hours Contract Duration: 12 Weeks Start Date: ASAP About the Position Shift times are start between 7 to 8am and go to 4 to 5pm. Hospital: Catholic Medical Center Location: Manchester, NH Address: 100 McGregor Street Unit Name: Physical Therapy IP Building: Cost General Information Unit Specifics: Number of Beds : 330 Patient Ratios : ~ 10 patients/8-hour day Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PT, OT, ST, Therapy Director Type of equipment: basic rehab equipment, portable parallel bars, portable stairs, Sara Stedy, ceiling lifts, hpyer lifts Documentation system: Sunrise Allscripts Scheduling requirements: 1 weekend shift per month in addition to full-time hours (current needs are Monday through Friday) Floating policy: all inpatient units as well as the ED are covered by this department, we do not cover NICU patients Patient Experience requirements: Acute Care experience (we see higher volumes of cardiac, vascular and orthopedic patients), Vestibular experience preferred but not required Hospital Specifics- Certifications: Hiring profile Requested Skill Set: Must have: NH Physical Therapy License, BLS certification Advanced skills needed: Vestibular experience preferred but not required Procedures performed on unit: evaluations and treatment Certifications Required: none required Dress Code: (Required uniform) Scrubs no specific color required Unit Guidelines/Policies: Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
