Opportunity – Cardiac Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse – New
Hampshire Start Date: January 12, 2026 Location: Manchester, New
Hampshire Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants
Schedule: Day or night shift available; patient ratios 1:4
(days/evenings) and 1:5 (nights); every other weekend required
Highlights: 23-bed cardiac medical unit specializing in
hemodynamically stable MI, heart failure, arrhythmias, and
post-procedural cardiac care Work with diverse cardiac patient
population including post-cardiac catheterization, ablations,
cardioversions, pacemakers, and patients on cardiac drips Telemetry
monitoring with advanced equipment including vein finders,
continuous pulse oximetry, and mechanical lifts Allscripts EMR with
medication scanning and soft-lab capabilities Manage cardiac drips
including Amiodarone, Diltiazem, Dobutamine, Milrinone, Lasix, and
insulin drips Collaborative team environment with strong nursing
support and structured shift staffing Requirements: Active RN
license in New Hampshire or compact state eligibility ACLS
certification required Cardiac telemetry experience and knowledge
required Demonstrated competency with cardiac medical and
procedural patients, including post-catheterization care Experience
managing cardiac drips and hemodynamically stable cardiac patients
Strong medical-surgical background with telemetry experience
