Job Description:
TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a
qualified ER/Trauma RN in Manchester, New Hampshire, 03103! Pay
Information $2,164 per week About The Position Job Title:
Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room
Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Mid 3x12-Hour Hours per Shift: 12 hours
Experience: Minimum 2 years in a fast-paced emergency room with a
strong pediatric presence. License: Valid state nursing license
required. Certifications: ACLS, CPI, PALS, TNCC Must-Have: Epic
experience is required. Experience with pediatric population is
highly preferred. Travelers must have prior travel experience.
Former employees are not accepted for travel roles regardless of
separation time. Description: The Registered Nurse will work in a
busy emergency department. The average daily census is around 70.
There are approximately 160 visits per day, with 36 rooms and 50
beds available. The shift schedule includes every other weekend.
Nurses will work in a team nursing approach and assist with
floating to areas as needed. Patient diagnoses will range from
simple to complex, including minor cuts, fractures, and abdominal
pain. Emergencies related to chest pain, respiratory issues,
trauma, and psychiatric evaluations will also be managed. Special
procedures include trauma alerts, stroke alerts, and conscious
sedation. The role requires proficiency in interpreting and
managing dysrhythmias and effective triage skills.
Interdisciplinary support includes teams for physical therapy,
respiratory services, and pharmacy. The candidate will be expected
to assist with patient sitting when necessary. Weekend coverage is
required. The nursing approach emphasizes collaborative and
supportive patient care. Please ensure all qualifications and
