Job Summary and Qualifications Essential Functions include but are not limited to: - Obtain quality CT images. - Complies with radiation safety guidelines. - Operates CT equipment safely. - Demonstrates ability to perform all necessary computer operations. - Render patient care in professional and courteous manner. - Prepare CT scanner and perform quality control tests. - Assist the radiologist in administering medication, contrast agents, performing biopsies and all types of care to patients. - Reviews each exam for technical accuracy and identifies anatomical orientation on all images. - Demonstrates willingness to assist in additional duties. - Completes and maintains educational requirements. - Promotes internal and external customer satisfaction. - Builds and promotes a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. - Attendance: works as scheduled and is compliant with Attendance and Tardiness Policy. What qualifications you will need: - Graduate of an accredited school of radiologic technology - ARRT (R)(CT within 12 months of hire) - Active New Hampshire State Medical Imaging/Radiation Therapy license - American Heart Association BLS - One to three years experience as a Radiology Technologist Grow your career where your work truly matters—at Parkland Medical Center.
