Job Description:

Experience: Minimum of 2 years License: RN License required
Certifications: BLS Must-Have: - Rehab / Med Surg experience - IV
experience Description: Inpatient rehabilitation unit with a
capacity of 19 beds. Staff-to-patient ratio of 6:1, depending on
patient census. Day shift typically includes 1 charge nurse, 3 RNs,
2 CNAs, and 1-3 sitters. Night shift patient ratio remains at 6:1.
Equipped with mechanical lifts, Sara Steady, Baxter pumps, Kangaroo
pumps, and EMR Meditech. Candidates without the required skills
will not be considered for the role. Candidates with wound care,
stroke, and TBI experience will be prioritized. Looking for
flexible, kind, and thorough individuals. Every other weekend is
required for this position.
