Our unique expertise and capabilities in technology, data science and healthcare enable the entire healthcare ecosystem to drive better health outcomes.DescriptionExecutes the Clinical Quality and Evidence Generation strategy through strong data analytic support, employing experience in Quality Improvement and biostatistics to support business objectives of the Clinical Quality program, development of evidentiary claims using real world evidence, and data visualizations and reports to surface insights to decision makers to improve population health through our products.Responsibilities

  • Creates effective communication methods with XFN stakeholders to share and interpret data by building reports and dashboards to surface insights and support decision making.
  • Participates in QI projects from initiation to completion, analyzing results and developing narratives about the effectiveness of the project to assess lessons learned.
  • Demonstrates skill in PDSA through all phases, using critical thinking to inform data requirements, data collection, and evaluation plan.
  • Designs and executes statistical models to demonstrate program effectiveness using rigorous methodologies for evidentiary claims.QualificationsMinimum Qualifications
    • Master's degree in Public Health with a concentration in biostatistics or epidemiology, biostatistics, statistics, or related field.
    • 5+ years in healthcare quality improvement.
    • SQL, Python, R, Tableau/Looker a plus and other statistical packages.
    • Demonstrated success working XFN to drive CQI.Preferred Qualifications
      • HEDIS and experience with other healthcare quality metrics.
      • Experience with data quality and validation.
      • Measure development - including custom measures and validating new measures.
      • Data governance or managing data definitions.Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.The US base salary range for this full-time position is $109,000 - $155,000 + bonus + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
