Job Title: MS/TELE Registered Nurse (RN) - Traveler Facility: Beth Israel Location: Boston, MA Pay: $2,650 per week (Traveler) Shift: Day/Evening RotationPosition Overview:Beth Israel in Plymouth, MA is seeking an experienced and compassionate Medical-Surgical/Telemetry (MS/TELE) Registered Nurse for a travel assignment. This position involves providing high-quality patient care within a dynamic medical-surgical and telemetry unit, working in a rotating day/evening schedule.Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care to acutely ill adult patients in a MS/Tele environment.
• Monitor patients requiring telemetry, interpret cardiac rhythms, and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality patient outcomes.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures per physician orders.
• Educate patients and families regarding condition management and discharge planning.
• Document all aspects of care clearly and accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and patient safety standards.Qualifications:
  • Current and valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts (or compact license).
  • Minimum of 2 years recent MS/Tele experience in an acute care setting.
  • BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
  • Proficient in telemetry monitoring and interpretation.
  • Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
