In this role, you will provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols of the hospital. You will -work closely with the clinical team to create and implement a care plan that meets each patient's needs. -Our team is amazing and we consider ourselves a family who work hard to support each other.   • Demonstrates knowledge of human growth and development, assessment, range of treatment, and care of patients appropriate to the ages of patients served.
  • Promotes customer service initiatives along with the Hospital Values.
  • Documents all patient care, including CARE scores.
  • Utilizes Nursing Process for individual care to meet needs of patients.
  • Demonstrates ability to perform technical skills and procedures.
  • Promotes compliances with National Patient Safety Goals. What qualifications you will need:
    • BLS certification required. -
    • Nonviolent Crisis Intervention Certification required within 90 days of beginning of employment.
    • Certified Registered Rehab Nurse (CRRN) preferred.
    • Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state of New Hampshire or appropriate compact licensure, in accordance with law and regulation. -
    • Associate Degree from an accredited school of nursing required. BSN preferred.
