The ideal candidate will have strong people, communication and administrative skills and will enjoy working in a fast-paced, exciting community. The right candidate will have experience working in a clinical setting with older adults who are suffering from varying degrees of dementia as well as physical disability and cognitive impairment.Responsibilities:

• Work with patients and families to assess their needs and document care plans.
• Communicate and interact with patients, families, and other health professionals.
• Provide assistance to patients who are performing activities of daily living.
• Assist with basic hygiene tasks and assess patient's physical needs.
• Prepare medications under doctor's orders.
• Provide assistance to patients using equipment such as walkers, wheelchairs, and beds.Job Type: Full-time, part-time or per diemPay: $33.00 - $42.00 per hourExpected hours: 16 40 per weekBenefits:
